  Took a taxi from this company last Saturday to St Neots before midnight was told by the company on several occasions it was £19. Once the driver dropped us off in the destination he claimed £24, did not matter what told him. I call the company following day and all I got is we call you later we cannot deal with your claim right now we make a note and that is. I will advise not to use this company there are others in Bedford, if you do make sure you ask the driver before starting the journey about the price agreed on the phone by whoever is attending the calls. I have seen other people complaining and the company refers to a complaint procedure that does not exist or it is not clear anywhere. I am still waiting to have a call back.....and of course forget about the money.
