  We had a cake made for our wedding by Rachel Maddams a "bespoke" cake maker from Bedford, when the cake arrived i cried, i was absolutely devastated that she left this awful mess and didn't even stay to speak to me, after lots of tears and approx 2 hrs our florist came early and arranged some left over flowers from my boquet and made the cake look presentable,
  I have looked on Rachels facebook page several times and can't believe she thought this was acceptable as all her cakes look amazing, the chef at the hotel refused to serve half of it as it wasn't cooked and gave it back to us but when asked Rachel refused to look at it,
  we went to her the day after and with no dispute she asked for bank details and refunded the whole amount within 2 hours but the upsetting thing is she refused to look at photos and said it was perfectly ok when she left it and offered no explanation as to what went wrong and no apology for ruining the morning of my wedding,
  I am writing this as i don't want anyone to go through the same ordeal, i had been telling people about my amazing cake for months leading up to wedding,
  also i am not one to write bad reviews so here are some photos attached so you can make up your own mind, the first photo is what i asked for with an extra tier and some colour changes, the last photo is what the florist did
