  What a shockingly bad experience, all they are interested in is getting your money, after that they have no interest in you.
  Ordered a brand new ranger for my business, when it turned up it was NOT the spec I had ordered, no rear camera, no sat nav, I was given an on dash mounted sat nag as a good will gesture.
  Truck broke down under warranty, lost 1st, 2nd and third gears, was told it would be upto 3 days for recovery (included in the deal for purchase and service) so I'm sat on a dual carriageway with trailer on for 3 days in central mk ! Really !!
  Was told if I could get it to them, to do so, and any damage caused would be rectified, I told them it would most likely burn clutch out with no low gears to pull off from junctions, assured no problem as clutch would be fitted for if needed, or I could pay for private recovery.
  Got truck to dealer, clutch had taken some wear but was still working.
  Next, was told I had to wait 6 weeks for a courtesy car, not a commercial vehicle, but a fiesta or such like, I bought a truck for work as it's needed fo towing and they offer me a fiesta in 6 weeks time !!
  Eventually after lots of arguing I get a transit, no good for towing, but slightly more suited than a fiesta.
  Get truck back in a few days, clutch is still badly worn, and when Steph comes to check it out he noticed a new piece of broken plastic on the floor, it looked like trim, we couldn't see where from at that point.
  Refused to do anything about clutch saying it's fair wear and tear, rubbish, it had only done 8k miles since new and I look after my clutches.
  Next day I discover where the broken part is from, they had snapped the retaining lug on drivers side glove box, so now when I open it glove box falls to the floor and everything falls out, phone call and was denied they would have opened that, except the obd port is behind it, needed access to clear the fault generated, which they cleared, so must have opened it ! After pointing this out, they agreed it MAY have been opened, but instead of using the correct procedure to gain access, they had just pulled at it until broken.
  I'm still waiting for it to be fixed a year later ! They are a piss poor dealership that are only into making money and NOT customer service,
  AVOID THIS SHOWER LIKE THE PLAGUE.
