  My experience here in general is good however my opinion has changed after seeing Dr Hayes today. I found her very arrogant and challenging. She did not document and sign my son's progress in the red book whilst putting him on the chart less than the scale showed.
  She also told me that my son should be average (which for her meant my son being on the 50th centile) despite the fact that my son is an individual and is following his line and going one centile higher on the growth chart than his line.
  The couch where she asked me to change the baby had mucus discharge with blood. Totally disgusting and filthy. Both times the tissues on the couch where not changed from the patient she had before us.
  This doctor was not friendly helpful or professional like the other doctors here before. I also think it is disgusting to leave someone else's body fluids (mucus discharge /blood) on the couch!
  She should clean that straight away and keep her room hygienic.
  She also did not wash hands before or after touching my baby. Not hygienic at all.
  Totally disgusted by what I saw.

  I have Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS) which is a condition that not many doctors know about. Thankfully this surgery has a Gp who know exactly what EDS is & is always very helpful. In fact this GP has a small fan base & is likely to grow if it hasn't already. I would thoroughly recommend this surgery to anyone.
