  This dentist was great with care until it came to missing an appoint due to medical grounds. I missed two appoints one due to beings in hospital due to the condition that i have called fibromyalgia, leaving me incaple to move, the dentist were told about this and was told that this absence would not be held against me. the second time i missed an appointment it was due to forgetting. when i called the practice to rearrange i got told that due to missing 2 times i would no longer be allowed back to the dental practice! after explaining to then that the first time was due to medical condition their response was "WE DO NOT CARE". after more arguing i finally got them to agree that yeas it wasn't my fault and they would have some call me back, this was over a week ago and i have made several phone called since with promises from them that they will call back. i feel very discriminated against by the Supermarket Dentist Tesco. due to not being able to see then for my TMJ i have chipped my teeth and the stress has aggravated my Fibro leaving me very ill. My advice if your disabled DO NOT GO to this practice. they do not care.
