  My son and I have trained here for over a year. It is a great club to start to learn karate. Suitable for children and adults alike. Three classes run on a Saturday and as you progress through the grades, you can take the second and third class, at no extra cost! Friendly atmosphere with great Instructors. There are regular free, four-week beginners classes, so give it a go! Improve your fitness, confidence and learn a valuable skill. Part of a larger friendly club, CFTS Karate. Once you start you won't regret it!
