  Not the best service i have ever received - from point of order and payment with goods being available in stock, it took 15 days. This was only due to myself having to constantly calling the company direct and pestering them or trying to find out what was happening... i also had to chase the payment invoice and delivery confirmation, that i understand is handled by an outside separate contractor. Admittedly at any point of my complaint, the staff were very apologetic.
