  Was subscriber for 10 years until had no option but to cancel disgraceful "service". Their call centre staff appear to be hell bent on losing customers. For example: Here is what happened the last three times I used them. Had a delivery in darkest Surrey and was running out of fuel. Dashboard said 14 miles till empty. Couldn't see any sign of and petrol stations in the villages I was passing through so pulled over and called their call centre. Was told their was a petrol station 400 yards ahead of me in the village I was in. Their wasn't. Called again, No answer. Found one myself on an A road with 6 miles to go until empty. Next, the M25 around Cobham was at a standstill in both directions all morning. Coming up the A3, wanting to go to the new Costco at the begining of the M3 at Sunbury I called them again. "Sending route down to you" they said. Except that I had asked to avoid motorways. Each time the route came through they told me to go on the M25 which I knew was gridlock. Called again and got a really nasty woman. Where do you want to go? Junction 1 on the M3 I replied several times. Costco. Can't find it. It's on Google I said. No use. OK, there's a KFC next to it, "KFC Sunbury" "Where?" Can'y hear you, "No need to shout!" KFC Sunbury, junction 1 on the M3, Sunbury, Sunbury Cross, the roundabout at junction 1 on the M3". OK, sending route to you now" "Avoiding motorways?" "What?" "I'm coming from Hampton Court, Jct 1, M3 avoiding the M25" "Where do you want to go?" "Jct 1, the M3" "OK, sending route to you now" "Avoiding the motorway?" "Can't hear you, no need to shout!" "Jct 1, the M3, avoiding the motorway" "You mean the first exit on the M3?" "No, Jct 1, the M3, avoiding the motorway" "We call it the first exit, not junction 1" "OK, the first exit on the M3" "OK, sending it now!" "Avoiding the motorway?" "Can't hear you" "Are you thick?" I whispered. "No need to be like that" she replied. "You heard that though didn't you?". A few crackles but absolutely no problems hearing each other was confirmed after I spoke to a supervisor and I demanded a copy of the phone call and cancelled my contract. The supervisor was just as bad as the first one, even saying she had listened in on our conversation. She also did her best to stop me from obtaining the conversation record. "You have to put it in writing to me", which I did. "You have to address it to somebody else" which I did. "We do not accept emails"!! I demanded to know why. "OK, we can accept a pdf letter attached to an email"!!!! I sent a letter recorded delivery. Absolute disgrace. AND........... The first exit on the M3 is Junction 2, NOT THE SAME AS JUNCTION 1!!!!
